Yes — you can switch billing intervals at any time through the Stripe Customer Portal. Changes take effect at your next renewal date.

Your data is always preserved. You'll retain read access to all your properties and records, but you won't be able to add new properties beyond the free limit.
We don't offer refunds for partial billing periods, but you can cancel at any time and you'll retain access until the end of the period you paid for.
